RAW Media Productions LLC plans to offer text messaging to people who request it. As of the effective date above, this program has not launched, and we are not sending text messages through it. These terms will apply once the program launches, to anyone who opts in.

Program and sender. Messages are sent by RAW Media Productions LLC and identify the sender as RAW Media.

What you may receive. Depending on what you agree to, messages may include responses to your inquiries, consultation and project communications, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates. Promotional messages about offers and services are sent only if you separately agree to receive marketing texts.

Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to submit an inquiry, book a consultation or purchase our services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments and the messages you choose to receive.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. If you have questions about privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
